Reliable internet connection for rural communities
We offer the following packages for businesses and homes (max download speed/upload speed – may vary at peak times, all prices inclusive of VAT). Connections made under the Scottish Broadband Voucher Scheme are required to be a minimum download speed of 30Mbps and subject to a 12-month contractual term, as part of the terms & conditions of the scheme itself. Any connections made outwith the scheme are contract-free with a simple 30-day notice period, as we believe that our customers should feel satisfied with their service and should be free to go elsewhere if they are not, or have found a more suitable service for their needs elsewhere.

Connection / setup
We charge a £180 connection/setup fee, which covers the work to install the small dish and run the cable from it inside to wherever the router will go.
Equipment
We supply a dual band 2.4Ghz/5Ghz WiFi router which has 4 ethernet ports on the rear and one which connects to the dish cable. Use of our router on the service is mandatory, as this allows us to perform full end-to-end speed testing and monitoring of the connection for quality and assurance purposes. Customer provided routers and other networking devices can be used behind our router, but operation and maintenance of these will remain the sole responsibility of the customer. The dish and router remain our property, and we will replace any faulty units from our stock at our earliest convenience and free-of-charge (malicious or carelessness inflicted damage excepted!), or upgrade them for newer equipment as dictated by the needs of our network and the natural lifecycle of electronic equipment.
We also offer Tenda MW3 “whole home” mesh WiFi cubes at £70 (pack of 3, one must be connected via cable to the router), which provide a great WiFi signal strength and coverage around most larger properties. Further cubes can be purchased and added on, to further extend the reach of the WiFi mesh system for properties that may require it.
Billing
Monthly billing is in arrears, via GoCardless.com Direct Debit, which benefits from all the usual Direct Debit guarantees – our customers can sign up to our Direct Debit system here!
